Alex Min is a start-up founder and CEO, leading innovation in the F&B industry by introducing ‘Food Upcycling’ business to Asia. He has extensive background in management consulting field, having worked with Korea’s biggest conglomerates for M&A, deal structuring, new business development and crisis management. He also worked in the US at one of the most promising biotech firm called Amgen, working on global expansion to Asia.

As a start-up CEO, he believe in ‘changing the world’ and also ‘making that change stick.’ There’s many challenges ahead as a start-up founder, but since success of start-up is measured by how much world has been changed, he believes that sustainable impact business model must be established to showcase the ‘potential possibility’ of ESG or impact-driven start-ups.
