Dr. Joonsik Park

Group Lead for Strategy at the Hydrogen and Low Carbon R&D Labs, POSCO Holdings

A distinguished expert in the field of Materials Science and Engineering, Dr. Park earned his Ph.D. from POSTECH in Pohang, Korea in June 2003.

He started his career as the Principal Metallurgist at POSCO Research Laboratories specializing in the Marine, LNG and Oil & Gas industry.

Currently serving as the Group Lead for Strategy at the Hydrogen and Low Carbon R&D Labs within POSCO Holdings, Dr. Joonsik Park plays a crucial role in shaping the company's direction in technology development for sustainable energy solutions. Prior to this, he excelled as the Team Lead for Business Development and Technical Marketing at POSCO Europe in Germany, focusing on expanding the company's presence in the hydrogen industry across the European market.
