SSze Cotte-Tan is the Chief Technology Officer of CJ CheilJedang Food. Based in South Korea, she plays a pivotal role to transform R&D into a strategic growth driver as part of CJ’s ambition to influence the global food industry. In an effort to broaden CJ’s global presence and R&D footprint, Sze is committed to being a change agent for challenging status quo, both in organizational transformation and mindset change.
A multifaceted leader and strong advocate for Diversity, Authentic Leadership and Sustainable Food System, Sze spent 23 years in Nestlé prior to joining CJ. She held various positions in R&D, Strategic Business Units and Operations in multiple global locations.
Sze holds a PhD in Food Science from the University of Leeds, UK, and an MBA from the Simon Graduate School of Business, Rochester University, USA.
