Pekka Metso
Ambassador of the Embassy of Finland in Korea
Pekka Metso spent 34 years at Finland's Foreign Ministry. He received a master's degree in economic management from the Turku School of Economics and Business Administration.
After serving as a special envoy to the Intercultural and Interreligious Dialogue Processes in Helsinki, he moved to Seoul. For a long time, Pekka Mezzo served as Ambassador to Finland, permanent member of Finland at the United Nations and vice president of the International Organization in Geneva, and director of Asia and Oceania at the Asian and American divisions in Helsinki. Prior to diplomatic work, he worked in international finance.
