Analisa Winther is an ecosystem developer with a focus on the future of food. Her work centers on fostering collaboration and strategically sourcing opportunities for a diverse range of stakeholders to engage in innovations around the future of food and taste. She is the Founder and Host of the Nordic FoodTech Podcast, which spotlights global food stories and how individuals across the supply chain are creating the future through food.
Analisa holds a Master of Science in Management of Innovation and Business Development from the Copenhagen Business School anword is also a Copenhagen Business School GLOBE Scholar. She is also a Business Developer at Gro Intelligence and has her own coaching practice working with entrepreneurial leaders. Previously, Analisa worked as a Venture Scout for the Finnish F&B giant Paulig. She was also a founding team member of Singularity University’s Nordic outpost serving as the Director of Entrepreneurship and Community. Her role was to guide entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to leverage rapidly accelerating technologies—such as A.I., nanotechnology, blockchain, and digital biology— to unlock solutions that solve the global grand challenges.
